- $135 Per Night!
- $925 Per Week (7 Nights)!
- $3150 Per Month (4 Weeks/28 Nights)!
- NOTE: Holiday Rates Weeks of Dec. 25 & Jan. 1: $185/Night, $1175/Week.

Rates DO NOT include the following additional charges:
- $50 Cleaning Fee, added to total invoice
- $300 Security Deposit, refunded if house is left in good condition.
- 11.416 % Hawaii State Tax is added to each invoice.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy is available upon request.
Restrictions
- Hale Balleja is a NON-SMOKING residence.
- PETS are NOT PERMITTED under any condition.
- Rental is limited to two/2 adults, both sharing the same bedroom & king bed.
- Hale
Balleja is located in a residential neighborhood. No loud noises,
music or parties are permitted nor are any other activities permitted
that might negatively affect the quality of life of neighbors.

How to Rent Hale Balleja
- Email or call for a quote
- Payment in full is required prior to check-in
- Personal checks are accepted if received at least 30 days prior to check-in
- For last-minute bookings, cashier's check or money order may be required
- PayPal payments may be arranged
- It's always best to book early!
- We will issue and each guest must sign our Rental Contract, Rules & Regulations Agreement and Liability Waiver Form.
